Right to Cancel – Return of unwanted or defective Items

You may cancel the contract & return the item at any time but no later than 14 working days after the day you received the product.

Sending the notice of cancellation to amazon by email ensuring that you quote your name, address and order I.D number.

Where you have already received the goods, following amazon returns authorization procedure – by contacting  amazon by email or phone or simply create a return request by login in to your amazon account selecting the particular order. They will provide you with a returns authorization number along with details on how and where to send your item. Wrap the item securely and include the original invoice along with your returns authorization number. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to amazon, and this results in damage or deterioration, they will charge you for the reduction in value.

Items that are excluded from the right to cancel/return include the following:  goods made to specification or otherwise personalized; unsealed optical media (such as DVD’s, CD’s, Blu-rays, video games and computer software); leisure services or other activities in the form of vouchers that have expired; and (d) used hard drives.

They will refund your credit/debit card via Amazon once they have received and processed the item as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of notice of cancellation. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Amazon or if you fail to return goods you will be liable for any charges incurred in relation to attempts to collect the goods.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrectly Sent, Incorrectly Advertised Items.

In the unlikely event that you received goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Amazon shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question. Please follow returns authorization procedure of Amazon .They will email you a returns authorization number along with details on how and where to send your item. Please notify amazon of the problem in writing as soon as possible and preferably within 14 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Multi-buy items: Main or qualifying multi-buy items can be returned to Amazon if they are damaged or defective. They may offer you a replacement for any qualifying multi-buy items. Due to the nature of these promotions, they cannot offer you a refund for the main or qualifying item alone.

Test of returned items: They test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty their independent test centre they will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. They advise you to check any gadget and its instructions carefully before returning it. They will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. They are not responsible for incompatibilities caused
